I ordered one time in August with intent to do a monthly subscription. After using two bottles of the product, I called to cancel my subscription so that I would not receive anything in September. They agreed to cancel my subscription, but charged me a fee to take back the discount from first order. Ok. Fair enough. However, just last week (October) the company changed my CC from another subscription shipment and sent it out, even though I called and wrote emails to tell them not to send me anything. I also requested an RMA to send back the unwanted box I just received. No answer on the emails or phone call, except for this product review request!
