I have been using nature's cure-all for over 2 years.. I have sent two emails with no response.. My last shipment of herbal extract was not in it s original box and the two containers weren't even shrink wrapped around the lids. I am still waiting to hear. I would like a new shipment as I have been a customer for quite some time and have never had a problem before.
My husband has been using this on his feet for several years and it is wonderful. It eliminates odors and keeps his feet fungus-free. He is diabetic and has to keep his feet extra clean. We think it has also helped soften several toenails that were very hard. He also gives a quick spray in each shoe every morning. Thank you for a wonderful product!
Was disappointed when received a package of 1 set of pens when literally says package of 2 pack pens not 1pack pens. This is a good product though ❣️
I used to love getting these 1,000mg CBD tincture bottles from Nature's Cure-All. However, two orders ago, one bottle was missing from my 3-pack. It took forever to get in touch with customer service to get the missing bottle. My most recent order earlier this month came with at least one of the bottles tasting rancid (I haven't opened the other ones yet; I'm scared to try them). The rancid tincture made me feel nauseous for about an hour afterward. Again, it took me a while to get in touch with customer service to get a refund since I wasn't planning on reordering. When contacting customer service feels like a part-time job for missing or poor quality items delivered, my rating goes down. The bottles are now coming in plain white boxes compared to before, when they were packaged with the logo and company name. That doesn't matter too much, but the oil itself tasted so bad that the combination of yucky oil and plain white box was off-putting. I'll give 2 stars because for about a year, the orders were great. But I wouldn't order again as of now.
