We often get this question, but to understand this, it is important to understand about CBD first. There aren’t specific dosage guidelines for Hemp Extract because the dosage depends on too many  factors. Your age, sex, weight, metabolism rate, lifestyle choices, the purpose you want to use Hemp oil for — they all come into play.
